DriveCentric's Product Feedback Policy
Here at DriveCentric, we take feedback extremely seriously. We believe that listening to our customers and team members and taking their ideas on board, is a sure-fire way to build a better product.
We use your feedback to identify the most important features, ideas, pain points, and opportunities so that you can get more value from our product as efficiently as possible.
Submitting your feedback couldn't be simpler. All you need to do is navigate to our "Feedback horn" on the bottom left and select "Request A Feature". This will take you to your personalized dashboard where you can submit requests, browse other people's requests, and prioritize them.
Any new requests are set to the "Awaiting Feedback" status so that more people can vote and comment on them.
Every month, our Product team sits down for a feedback meeting. They discuss the highest priorities for customers, team members, and prospects. As the team goes through they'll update the status of each request so that you immediately know the outcome.
If we decide to build a feature the status will change to "Planned" or "Building". It will be added to the "What's Coming" section, which you will be able to view and see the feature work the team is currently working on.
Anyone who has submitted or voted on a specific feature will be notified when the status of the feature is updated. We will always aim to provide an explanation as to the nature of the status update.
Our feedback portal always has the most up-to-date information about our products and what we're building next. In fact, our Product team actually updates items as the decisions are made in their roadmapping meetings, and you'll get an instant notification on anything you've voted on or subscribed to. If you reach out directly to our support team they'll be able to look up the ideas for you, but they won't have any additional information or provide an estimate for when your item will be reviewed.
FAQ
How long will it be before the product team reviews my idea?
Items will be reviewed by the product specialist once they're in the top 10% of ideas from our customers. Our product specialists review these top ideas monthly, so over time there's a good chance for your ideas to make it into these meetings.
Make sure your ideas are clear and concise so others vote on them. Also, be sure to prioritize - it will move the item higher up in our reports.
My request hasn't been reviewed yet and I submitted it 6+ months ago. What can I do?
If we haven't reviewed your item yet and it is a high priority for you:
- Make sure it's at the top of your priority list
- Make sure your request is clear. Why do you need this? What is it stopping you from doing? What is the impact of that? Please add these details in a comment on your idea.
Thank you for your feedback, understanding, and support as we work together to build the best products possible!
