If you are not receiving Notification Sounds on your mobile device, there are a few possibilities for why you might not be receiving notification sounds:

1.  Your Ringer is low/off
2. Is your phone set to silent/vibrate?

3. Is your phone connected to other BlueTooth devices that are utilizing sound to play (e.g. Apple Watch, wireless headphones, wireless speaker, etc.)?
3. Is Do Not Disturb mode on? (iPhone) If do not disturb is on then you will get no notifications on your phone. Here is where to toggle that:

(Grey is off, Purple is on)

4. Settings:
       Go to Settings > DriveCentric App
Make sure all your sliders are turned on in both the main window and the notifications tab of DriveCentric's app. [see photos]
