Android Mobile - Required Notification settings
1) Go to the DriveCentric app in Android OS Settings and enable (if needed) “Allow background data usage” and “Allow data usage while Data saver is on”
2) Search for “Adaptive” in OS Settings and turn off the Adaptive Battery
3) Search for “Data usage” in OS Settings and turn off “Data saver” for Mobile Data
IOS Mobile - Required Notification settings
1) Open the DriveCentric Mobile App, click on the DriveCentric Logo, and scroll down to select “Settings”.
Click on “Notifications” and click the “Test Push Notification”.
If you do not see a green bar showing “Successful Push Notification”, then move on to the troubleshooting steps below.
2) Open Notifiction seetings for the DriveCentric Mobile App
3) Make phone is not on “Do Not Disturb”, or on “Focus”.
