Prerequisite Permissions: Manage Store

Step-by-Step: Add a User

  1. Click your initials in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Store Settings.

    • (If you don’t see this, you don’t have the necessary permissions.)

  3. In the left-hand menu, click User Management.

  4. In the top-right corner, click Add User.

Required Fields to Create a User

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email (should be their work email)

  • Cell Phone Number

  • DMS Number (required for Sales roles if your store uses DMS integration)

  • Drive Alias

Setting the User’s Schedule

If the user is on lead distribution based on a Work Schedule:

  • Click the Schedule tab.

  • Enter the hours the user should receive leads.

    • This may differ from their physical work schedule depending on After Hours distribution.

Final Step

Click Update to create the user.

The system will text them a link to the site, their username, and a temporary password.

The user must first log into the Desktop version to set a new password.

After that, they can access the Mobile App using their new credentials.
