To effectively utilize your reporting you may want to exclude specific users from populating in your reports, such as your support or administrative staff.
Step 1) To exclude a user from reports click on your user account button and select store settings.
Step 2) Select User Management from the menu on the left.
Step 3) Select the user you want to exclude from reporting. On the details tab under the Reporting section turn the Exclude toggle on and click the Update button.
