Videos saved in the Video Library can be sent from both the desktop and mobile DriveCentric apps. Video Library access and availability depend on user permissions.
Permissions to Know
Mobile users must have permission to send videos from the Video Library
To send a video that belongs to another user, you must have:
Store Video Access permission
Your video access dropdown set to Team or Store
Desktop: Sending a Video from the Library
Open the customer’s Deal Card
Navigate to the Activity tab
Select the Video tab
Choose a video from the Video Library to send via email or text
Before sending, you can customize:
Send As: Send as yourself or impersonate a team member
Send To: Select an email address or text number
Subject: Edit the email subject line (email only)
Message: Customize the message for email or text
Click Send Video when ready

Requires permission to access the DriveCentric Video Library
Open the customer’s Deal Card
Accessing the Video Library
iOS: Tap the Plus (+) button in the bottom-right corner
Android: Open the Activity tab, then tap the Plus (+) button
Select Video from the action menu
Tap DriveCentric Library
Selecting and sending
Choose a video from the available list
Video availability is controlled in User Management and may be set to User, Team, or Store
Customize
Send As: Send as yourself or impersonate a team member
Send To: Select an email address or text number
Subject: Edit the email subject line (email only)
Message: Customize the message for email or text
Tap Send Video
