Sending a Video from the Video Library

How to send a video saved in the Video Library.

Videos saved to the Video Library can be sent from the desktop or from the mobile application. Users need permission to send videos from the video library on their mobile application.

Required Permission: To send videos that belong to another user a user must have Store Video Access Permission and have their video access drop down set to team or store.

Desktop:

Step 1) Open the customer deal card and navigate to the activity tab.

Step 2) Select the Video tab.


Step 3) Select the video you wish to send via text or email.

Step 4) Make any adjustments needed:

Send As: Are you sending as yourself or impersonating a team member.

Send To: You can choose an email or text number.

Subject: The email subject line can be edited.

Message: The email & text message can be edited.

Step 5) Once you are ready to send, click the "Send Video" at the bottom right.


Mobile:

Required Permission:

Step 1) To send a video from the video library on your mobile application start by opening the customer deal card.

Step 2a) iOS Users - Click the Plus button in the bottom right of the customer deal card.

Step 2b) Android Users - Navigate to the activity tab and click the Plus button in the bottom right of the customer deal card.

Step 3) Select Video from your mobile action menu.


Step 4) Users with permission to access the DriveCentric video library will see the option DriveCentric Library. Click on DriveCentric Library.



Step 5) Select the video you want to send from the list of available videos. Videos available are set in user management and may be set to User, Team or Store.


Step 6) Select the template you want to use and click Send Video.
