Save and Reuse Your Best Videos

Whether it’s a personalized walk-around or a helpful intro, videos can be reused again and again. If you’ve recorded a great one, you can upload it to the DriveCentric Video Library for future use—right from the mobile app or desktop (with the right permissions).

Uploading from the Mobile App

  1. Tap the DriveCentric logo on iPhone, or the hamburger menu on Android.

  2. Select Video Library from the menu.

  3. Tap the + icon in the top right.

  4. Choose to record a new video or select one from your camera roll.

    1. Note: You must have video upload permissions enabled in User Management.

  5. Add a name and description, then tap Upload.

Uploading from the Desktop

Required Permissions: Store Video Access and Manage Store

  1. Click your user icon and select Store Settings.

  2. Choose Video Library from the left menu.

  3. Click Upload Video.

  4. Select your video file and fill in the name, tags, and description.

  5. Click Upload.

Video File Size Limits

  • Max file size for uploads: 20MB

  • No size limit when sending: Once uploaded, videos are hosted in DriveCentric and sent via link (text) or thumbnail (email).

  • Email provider limit: 25MB

  • Text message limit: 5MB

Upload speed may vary based on your internet connection and video size. Larger files = slower uploads.
