How to Record and Send a Video
Get to the Camera
Open the Customer Card
In the DriveCentric mobile app, open the customer card for the customer you’re recording a video for
Open the Action Menu
iPhone: Tap the + (action button) in the bottom-right corner from any tab on the customer card
Android: Tap the Activity tab on the customer card, then tap the + (action button) in the bottom-right corner
Select Video
Tap Take Video from the action menu
Open the Camera
Depending on your user permissions:
The camera may open automatically, or
You’ll see a menu where you can select Take a Video.
Creating the Video
Choose a Filter
Tap the filter icon at the bottom of the screen to select a face filter, background, or dealership-branded logo
Add the Dealership Logo
Tap record house icon
Move logo by tapping the four arrow icon and move icon. Tap the checkmark when done
Record Your Video
Tap the red record button and capture your video
Sending the Video
Before sending, you can customize:
Send As: Send as yourself or impersonate a team member
Send To: Select an email address or text number
Subject: Edit the email subject line (email only)
Message: Customize the message for email or text
Click Send Video when ready
Send the Video
Tap Send Video to deliver your personalized message
