Add your dealership logo and fun filters to your personalized video on the DriveCentric mobile application!

Step 1)

On your mobile application open the customer card for the customer you're shooting a video.

Step 2)

iPhone Users click your mobile action button (plus sign in the bottom right) from any tab on the customer card.

Android Users click the Activity tab on the mobile customer card then click your mobile action button (plus sign button in the bottom right).

Step 3)

Click the Video option.

Step 4)

Depending on your user permissions your camera will open automatically or you'll see a menu allowing you to select the Take a Video option.

Step 5)

Select which face or background filter you want to use by clicking the filter button on the bottom

Step 6)

Take the video.

Step 7)

Select how you want to send the video. If sending through email select which template you want to utilize if your store has multiple templates set up.

To text a video the customer must be opted in for texting.

Step 8)

Click the Send Video button.
