Live Rooms brings your showroom to your customer wherever they are! Live Rooms is available on both your desktop and mobile applications.
Starting a Live Room on the Desktop
(Must have camera and microphone.)
Step 1 ) Open the customer deal card and navigate to the Activity Tab.
Step 2) Click on the video tab on the activity dialogue box.
Step 3) Click Create a Live Room.
Step 4) A new tab will open. As soon as the customer joins the Go Live button will turn green and you can join the live room!
Starting a Live Room from the Mobile Application
Step 1) Open the customer deal card. If on an Android device, navigate to the activity tab
Step 2) Click the plus action button in the lower right.

Step 3) Select Live Room

Step 4) Once the customer has joined the Live Room the Go Live button will turn green allowing you to join.
Switching Between Mobile and Desktop
Mobile to Desktop:
Open the customer deal card and navigate to the activity tab. Click on the video tab and click the Live Room in Progress button.
Desktop to Mobile
Open the customer deal card and navigate to the activity tab. Click on the activity line that says 'Live Room started'.
