Starting a live room and switching between desktop and mobile.

Launch from desktop or mobile.

Live Rooms lets you instantly connect face-to-face with customers through live video—no matter where they are. Whether you’re at your desk or on the lot, you can walk a customer through a vehicle, answer questions, and keep the deal moving.

Starting a Live Room on Desktop

(Make sure your camera and mic are enabled.)

  1. Open the customer deal card and go to the Activity tab.

  2. Click the Video icon inside the activity box.

  3. Choose Create a Live Room.

  4. A new tab will launch. When the customer joins, the Go Live button will turn green—click it to start the session!

Starting a Live Room on Mobile

iOS & Android

  1. Open the customer deal card.

    1. If using Android, go to the Activity tab.

  2. Tap the ➕ button in the lower right corner.

  3. Select Live Room from the action menu.

  4. When the customer joins, the Go Live button will light up green—tap it to jump in.

Switching Between Desktop and Mobile

Mobile to Desktop

  1. Open the customer’s deal card on your desktop.

  2. Go to the Activity tab, click the Video icon, then click Live Room in Progress to join the session.

Desktop to Mobile

  1. On mobile, open the customer deal card.

  2. Navigate to the Activity tab, and tap the entry that says Live Room started to hop in.
