Here is where we will review the Status options for Users in User Management. The ones you will see in User Management are the following:

  • Active

  • Locked Out

  • Vacation

  • Exclude From Lists

  • Exclude From Rotate

To find User Management, where you can find these Status Options, you will want to follow the steps listed below:

Note: You must have the "Manage Store" permission to be able to deactivate a user in the CRM

  1. Click on your picture or initials in the top right corner of DriveCentric

  2. Then Store Settings (if you do not see this you don't have permission)

  3. On the left-hand side of the Store Settings page, you will want to click on the icon "User Management"

Once you find on the User's name that you want to edit their Status Options, click on their name and it will open their user settings page:

Here is where you can adjust the following status of the user profile to have these specific options enabled:

  • Active - if toggled on, the user has access to log into your CRM

  • Locked Out - you can toggle this on and lock the user out of the CRM, while still leaving their account active (this is helpful when working to redistribute their customer and deal records

  • Vacation - this toggle allows you to keep the user profile active, but will keep them from receiving leads if the user is in a distribution (don't forget to turn the user off Vacation mode when they return, or they will not receive leads)

  • Exclude From Lists - this toggle will remove the user from showing in drop down lists in the CRM (ex. mentioning in notes)

  • Exclude From Rotate - this toggle will exclude the user from being rotated off leads, if the store has a Rotate Rule established (Rotate Rules are used to rotate unanswered interenet leads from one user to another)
