Required Permission: Delete Appointment
To cancel an appointment open the customer deal card and navigate to the Activity Tab.
Under the Planned activity section you will see the word Delete under the scheduled appointment. Click delete to cancel the appointment.
If you do not see the word Delete you do not have permission to cancel an appointment.
A confirmation window will appear. Click yes to confirm you want to delete the appointment.
