Canceling an Appointment

How to cancel a scheduled appointment.

Required Permission: Cancel Appointment

From the Appointment Screen

  1. Click on an appointment to open the Customer Card

  2. Go to the appointment under the Planned section of the Activity tab

  3. Click Cancel and confirm your choice

From the Customer Card

  1. Open the Customer Card

  2. Go to the appointment under the Planned section of the Activity tab

  3. Click Cancel and confirm your choice

From the Mobile App

  1. Navigate to the Appointment Screen

  2. Click on the appointment you wish to cancel

  3. Click the menu icon in the upper right corner and choose Cancel Appointment

  4. Confirm your choice
