Your desktop notification bar will produce sound alerts for the following notifications:
The bell icon alerts users to notifications and makes an audible sound of an ice skate.
The crosshairs icon indicates a new lead received and makes the audible sound of a clock ticking.
The chat bubble icon indicates a new message has been received and makes an audible sound of a chat bubble.
The location icon displays customers checked into the store and makes an audible door knocking sound when a customer is checked in.
The service wrench (if enabled) displays service leads and makes an audible sound of a ratchet tool.
To enable or disable these notification sounds, click on your initials or profile picture at the top right of your page and choose "My Settings".
Once you are in "My Settings", select "Sounds". If the sound is enabled, the slider will be purple. If the sound is disabled, the slider will be grey.
