What do the numbers under phone, text, email and video count mean in my list view?

These are your engagement counters. They tell you how many attempts have been made by communication type. A dash means no attempt has been made using that method, a number in green means the customer engaged through this method, a red number means the customer has not engaged using this method, and n/a means the method is not available.
