What do the numbers under phone, text, email and video count mean in my list view?

These are your engagement counters. They show how many outreach attempts have been made by each communication type and whether the customer has engaged.

  • Dash (—): The communication method is available but no attempt has been made using that method

  • Green number: The customer has engaged through that method

  • Red number: Attempts were made, but the customer has not engaged

  • N/A: That communication method is not available

These counters are specific to the customer’s current Sales Pipeline stage and automatically reset when the customer moves to the next stage.
