These are your engagement counters. They show how many outreach attempts have been made by each communication type and whether the customer has engaged.
Dash (—): The communication method is available but no attempt has been made using that method
Green number: The customer has engaged through that method
Red number: Attempts were made, but the customer has not engaged
N/A: That communication method is not available
These counters are specific to the customer’s current Sales Pipeline stage and automatically reset when the customer moves to the next stage.
