When viewing a list of customers in the pipeline by default you'll see the Engagement Counters for Phone Count, Text Count, Email Count, and Video Count.
Your engagement counters tell you how many attempts by communication type have been made on a deal during the current pipe stage. The counts will reset when the deal enters a new pipeline stage.
A number in red means the customer has not replied or engaged through that method. The number is the number of attempts made by a user. | |
A number in green means the customer has engaged or replied through that method. The number is the number of attempts made by a user. | |
n/a means that method is not available due to the customer not having a phone number and/or email address on their profile. | |
A grey dash means the communication method is available but no attempts have been made. |
