The Top 6 Report is a live salesperson leaderboard that gives managers and GMs real-time visibility into who's on top and who needs attention. It's designed to be viewed from a manager's dashboard or displayed on a showroom screen.
Salespeople are ranked across the following categories:
New Deliveries
Used Deliveries
Total (Deliveries)
Front Gross
FI (Back Gross)
Combined Gross
The order salespeople appear in on the report is determined by their Overall Rank, which is calculated as the sum of each user's ranks across New Deliveries, Used Deliveries, Total, Front Gross, and FI.
The Top 6 Report pulls users based on user type rather than how they are attached to a deal. For example, a user whose User Type is Salesperson in User Management will show on the report even if they are attached to all deals as BDC.
The Top 6 Report is released as part of a coordinated display suite alongside the Appointment Board and Delivery Board.
