Track customer calls in just a few clicks
Logging an inbound call helps keep your deal timeline accurate and your team aligned. Follow these quick steps:
Open the Customer Deal Card
Go to the Call tab on the Activity log
Choose the Phone Number that called using the first dropdown list
Select the call type
For stores with Click to Call
For stores without Click to Call
