How to Log an Inbound Call

Track customer calls in just a few clicks

Logging an inbound call helps keep your deal timeline accurate and your team aligned. Follow these quick steps:

  1. Open the Customer Deal Card

  2. Go to the Call tab on the Activity log

  3. Choose the Phone Number that called using the first dropdown list

  4. Select the call type

    1. For stores with Click to Call

      1. Choose Call Log. A call log window will appear

      2. Choose "Inbound" from the outcome and enter your call notes

      3. Click Log Call

    2. For stores without Click to Call

      1. Choose the number that called from the dropdown

      2. Choose Inbound Call from the second dropdown

      3. Enter your notes and click Log Call
