InSite gives you a clear view of how customers shop on your dealership website. Use this guide to access InSite, understand what you’re looking at, and find the same activity on the Customer Card.

Accessing InSite

  1. Go to the InSite, located under the Pipeline

Reviewing Website Activity

InSite shows:

Top Bar

  • Total customers that day

  • Deal status totals

  • Tag sources

Details Columns

  • Customer name

  • Customer's current stage

  • Last web activity

  • Pages the customer viewed

  • Vehicles they interacted with

  • Time spent on key pages

  • Return visits and activity recency

Use this to understand buyer intent and tailor your follow-up.

Use the column selector to select additional columns to view or remove any columns from view.

Exporting InSite Data

You can export activity reports for deeper review or to share with your team.

  • Click Export

  • Choose CSV or Print

Viewing InSite Details on the Customer Card

InSite activity is also logged on the Customer Card.

  1. Open the Customer Card

  2. Select the Activity tab

  3. Scroll to see InSite entries recorded alongside all other customer engagement

This gives your team instant context—no switching screens, no missed insights.
