DriveCentric along with FordDirect, offers exclusive integrations for our shared clients. FordDirect enabled dealerships will gain access to the following integrations:
Private Offers
Customer Card - this feature will display any applicable private offers for the customer based on the vehicle and customer address entered into the CRM, as well as the dealership’s location.
Mining - adding the FordDirect Private Offer filter will populate all eligible customers in your existing customer base that currently have a Private Offer, as designated quarterly from Ford.
Incentives
Customer Card - this feature will display any applicable private or public Cash, Finance, and Lease offers and incentives based on the vehicle and customer address entered into the CRM, as well as the dealership’s location.
Locate
Customer Card - this feature will display any available vehicles to the dealership and their current location, Year, Make, Model, VIN, and link to the window sticker of the vehicle.
SmartVincent
Customer Card - this feature allows you to push customer name, address, phone, email, and vehicle VIN to FordDirect's SmartVincent tool.
