The Hit List is DriveCentric’s tool to help you convert traffic on your website into repeat car deals. When a customer visits your dealership website after clicking a video sent through email via DriveCentric, they’ll show up in your Hit List.
When you open the Hit List, it will show the last 3 days of traffic, by default. Using Filters, you can modify this to show any time frame you’d like to view. You can also see the Pipeline Stage of your customer’s last deal, the last vehicle they bought or were interested in, when they last visited the website, how many pages they viewed, and how much time they spent on the website.
This data allows you to easily engage customers you've already entered into the CRM who are shopping on your website. Simply click on their name to open their customer card, and send them a text, email or video to get them back in the showroom!
