Managing and Tracking Snoozed Deals or Customers in DriveCentric
DriveCentric provides robust tools for managing and tracking snoozed deals or customers. This guide explains how to locate snoozed items, understand their behavior, and manage related tasks and notifications.
Overview of Snoozing Functionality
Snoozing allows you to temporarily pause actions or notifications for a deal or customer. While snoozed, the deal or customer will not receive notifications, including alerts for price drops. This feature is useful for managing workflows and prioritizing tasks.
Locating and Filtering Snoozed Deals or Customers
Finding Snoozed Deals
Pipeline View: Snoozed deals can be found in the "Snooze bucket" at the bottom of the pipeline.
Mining Filters: Use the "Current Stage" filter and select "Snoozed" to view only snoozed items.
Finding Snoozed Customers
Snooze Icon: In the pipeline view, click the Snooze icon at the bottom to see all snoozed customers.
Snoozed Bucket: Open the dedicated Snoozed bucket in your customer lists to view all snoozed customers.
Impact of Snoozing on Notifications and Workflows
Notifications: Snoozed deals or customers will not receive any notifications, including price drop alerts.
Task Workflow: If a deal wakes up from snooze and its scheduled tasks are still active, the workflow will resume. However, if the snooze period exceeds the remaining tasks, no new tasks will be assigned.
Logs and Tracking Actions
Snooze Logs: To view snooze logs for a deal, open the deal and click "Logs" on the Activity timeline. If the deal has been marked Dead or Delivered, you will need to select "Logs" within the Deal record on the timeline.
Tracking Unsnoozed Deals: Open the affected deal or customer and navigate to the Logs tab to see who unsnoozed it.
Managing Tasks and Rules for Snoozed Deals
Generic Tasks: After waking a snoozed lead, a Generic Task may appear in the Workplan. To remove it: - Click the check mark on the task. - Under the task, click "Mark Complete."
Auto-Termination Rules: Deals subject to auto-termination rules, such as a 90-day auto-kill rule, may be closed even while snoozed. This ensures compliance with account-specific configurations.
By following these guidelines, you can effectively manage and track snoozed deals or customers in DriveCentric, ensuring smooth workflows and better task prioritization.
