The snooze button allows you to snooze a customer leaving them in an open state but not active in your pipeline.
Snoozed customers will appear in the Snoozing bucket on your pipeline.
Don't see the snooze button? The snooze button will not be available if the deal is in lead status. A deal cannot be snoozed if you have not had two-way communication with the Open Deal.
Deals can be snoozed for a maximum of two months at a time. While the deal is snoozed, system-generated tasks will not run for the deal.
The goal of snoozing the deal is to keep the deal in your Pipeline for a short period of time, without marking it "Dead" in the CRM. This is mainly used for the following reasons, but has been adopted for other reasons at different Dealerships using DriveCentric:
The Customer is out of town for a period of time
The Customer is waiting on a new model coming out in the near future (less than 2-months from now)
