Required Permission: Transfer Deal
Please Note: You can only Transfer deals to stores that you have access to in the CRM.
To transfer a deal to another store in your group click the "Transfer" icon on the bottom right side of the Customer Card.
Once you click the "Transfer" icon, you will now be able to add a note about the Transfer, select the Store you want to transfer the deal to, as well as choose the Salesperson 1, Salesperson 2, or BDC that should stay on the deal after being transferred.
Once you transfer the deal to the new Store, the current deal that existed in the older store will now be marked "Dead" in the CRM. The Dead Deal Reason that is applied to the deal that is marked "Dead" is the "Transferred" reason.
Upon transferring the deal to the new Dealership, you will see the following information was transferred over with the new deal:
Customer Information
All Credit Application information except for Date of Birth, SSN, and Driver's License Number
All customer-level opt-out information will be retained (i.e. Text, Email, Phone, Marketing Email opt-in
Customer Notes
Deal Information
Deal Created Date
Source Type
Source Description
Lead XML(s)
Deal notes
The note author will be changed to the user who executed the transfer
Pinned notes will be unpinned
Pipeline Stage
Interested Vehicle(s)
Trade Vehicle(s)
Genius will be re-hired in Long Term Follow-up, if enabled at your Dealership
