If you’d like your Proposals in DriveCentric to display the MSRP and a customer-facing discount or savings, follow these steps to update your Desking Settings.

Step 1: Open Desk Settings

  1. Navigate to store settings and click on New Desking from the lefthand menu.

Step 2: Enable Adjusted Market Value

  1. Go to the Options tab

  2. Scroll down and enable the box for “Use Adjusted Market Value”

*This must be enabled individually for each Desking profile you want it applied to.

This tells the system to calculate the difference between MSRP and the Selling Price.

Step 3: Display MSRP on the Proposal

  1. Re-open Profile Settings (if you're not still in it)

  2. Click the Print tab

  3. Check the box for “Show Market Value”

*This must be enabled individually for each Desking profile you want it applied to

With this setting enabled, the Proposal will automatically show the MSRP alongside any discount or savings when the Selling Price is lower than MSRP.

What It Looks Like

Once these options are enabled, your Proposal printout will include a line showing the MSRP and the customer’s savings.

This setup ensures your customers see the full value of their deal—without any manual entry required.
