If the customer has multiple open deals you can select the deal you want to view in the open tab by selecting it on the deals tab.

The deal with the green dot in the upper right of the deal card will be visible on the open tab. To switch deals click the circle in the upper right on the deal card for the deal you want to view in the open tab.
