Required Permission: Create Multiple Open
For customers purchasing multiple vehicles at one time you will need to have multiple open deals. Each customer can have up to three open deals. Ensure that the appropriate permission, "Create Multiple Open," is enabled to allow users to create multiple open deals.
Step 1) Open the customer card and click the New Deal button. Always verify the customer profile and check for existing open deals before creating a new one to avoid duplicates.
Step 2) Select the source type and source description for your new deal and click Add Deal.
