There are two ways to add a trade-in vehicle to the deal. On the customer deal card, you can utilize the Trade-In Button shown in the video below.

The second way to add a trade-in vehicle is to utilize the "Open tab" on the Customer Deal Card. Click the box with the plus sign in the middle under the Trade Vehicles section to add a Trade-In Vehicle.

Depending on your store's appraisal provider you may have the option to pull appraisal which will provide a list of vehicles recently added to your appraisal system.

All users will have the option to Add Custom allowing you to manually input the trade vehicle information.

To manually enter the trade-in vehicle click Add-Custom and complete the information on the Trade-In Vehicle dialogue box.

VIN# - Entering the VIN for the trade-in vehicle the system will auto-fill the vehicle year, make, and model.

No VIN - Select the vehicle year, make, and model along with any other information you have.
