Adding a Vehicle to a Deal on the Customer Card

Search and add vehicles to a deal from the customer card using our enhanced inventory feature.

Three ways to add inventory to a deal

You can add a customer’s vehicle of interest right from the Customer Card. Here’s how to do it, depending on where you’re working.

1. From the Customer Card – "Add Vehicles" Button

  • Click the Add Vehicles button on the Customer Card.

  • The Inventory Modal will open where you can:

    • Search by keyword

    • View all inventory

    • Create a custom vehicle

Tip:

Clicking View All Vehicles opens the full inventory search with filters and keyword options.

  • Hover over any vehicle to see:

  • Add to Deal – instantly links the vehicle to the deal

  • View Details – opens full specs on the Vehicle Details screen

From Vehicle Details, you can also click Add to Deal (top right corner) to link it to the deal.

2. From the Open Tab on the Customer Card

  • Click the Open tab on the Customer Card

  • In the Interested section, click the plus sign (+) and choose Add Inventory

  • This opens the inventory search window

Just like before:

  • Hover over a vehicle to Add to Deal or View Details

  • From the Vehicle Details screen, you can also click Add to Deal (top right)

3. From the Customer Contact Card

  • Click the green driver’s license icon in the top right to open the Customer Contact Card

  • Go to the Open tab

  • Under the Interested section, click the box with a plus sign (+) to open the inventory modal

Follow the same steps: hover to Add to Deal or View Details, and add from either view.
