Adding a Vehicle to a Deal on the Customer Card

Search and add vehicles to a deal from the customer card using our enhanced inventory feature.

From the customer card you can add a desired vehicle to a deal in three locations:

  1. Customer Card Add Vehicles Button
    When clicked the inventory modal will open allowing you to search by keyword, select from recently added inventory, view all vehicles or create a custom vehicle.


    When you click 'View all Vehicles' the inventory search window will open allowing you to filter or search by keyword to find the right vehicle for your deal.

    Hover your mouse over a vehicle to see the Add to Deal and View Details buttons.


    Clicking Add to Deal will add it to the customer deal card you have open. Clicking View Details will open the Vehicle Details screen providing additional information on the selected vehicle. From the Vehicle Details screen you can add the vehicle to your deal by clicking the Add to Deal button in the upper right.



  2. Customer Card Open Tab
    On the customer card navigate to the Open tab. In the Interested section click the plus sign and select Add Inventory to open the inventory search window.


    Hover your mouse over a vehicle to see the Add to Deal and View Details buttons.


    Clicking Add to Deal will add it to the customer deal card you have open. Clicking View Details will open the Vehicle Details screen providing additional information on the selected vehicle. From the Vehicle Details screen you can add the vehicle to your deal by clicking the Add to Deal button in the upper right.


  3. Customer Contact Card Open Tab
    From the customer deal card open the customer contact card by clicking the green drivers license icon in the upper right. Select the open tab and click the box with a plus sign under the Interested section to open the inventory modal.
