Inventory search provides expanded vehicle information for the store’s inventory within the inventory tool both from the menu bar and the customer card.

Menu Bar Inventory Search

To open the inventory search window click on the car icon on your top menu bar.

Meatball Menu

The Meatball menu on the inventory tool allows you to download (with permission set in User Management) and print. The print function is limited to results sets containing 100 or fewer vehicles. If a user tries to print a result set containing more than 100 vehicles an error message will appear stating “Printed inventory lists are limited to 100 or fewer results.”

Filters

Filters allow you to narrow down the inventory search results. If a filter option would return no results based on other selected filter, it is not displayed.

To select a filter click on the filter category, check the box next to the inventory options you want to view and click save. If you make a selection and click outside of the filter modal before clicking save the changes are dismissed.

Sorting your Inventory Search Results

In grid view you can sort your search results by clicking the sort drop down with Recently Added listed. Recently added is the default sort in grid view.

In list view click the column header to sort the list by the header category. Click a second time to reorder the list.
