What Is an Inventory Feed?
An inventory feed is what keeps your vehicle listings in DriveCentric matched up with what is actually on your lot. Instead of your team typing in every vehicle by hand, your inventory provider sends that data straight into DriveCentric automatically.
Your part of this is one email reply. Every inventory integration starts with your written approval, and your Implementation Specialist sets the feed up from there.
Approving the Feed for Your Dealership
Your Implementation Specialist will send you an email asking you to confirm that DriveCentric can receive an inventory feed for your dealership. Reply directly to that email with your approval.
That is it on your end.

What Happens After You Approve
Once your Implementation Specialist has your approval, they reach out to your inventory provider to get the feed set up on their side. When the provider sends back the connection details, your Implementation Specialist enters everything into DriveCentric to turn the feed on.
Changing Your Inventory Feed Later
These settings are configured by your Implementation Specialist, not something you set up yourself. Let your Implementation Specialist know what you would like updated and they will take care of it for you.
Good to Know
Your written approval is required before any feed can be turned on, so nothing flows into DriveCentric until you reply to that email.
Providers such as vAuto and Dealer.com each have their own setup details, though every inventory integration starts with your approval.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to set the feed up myself?
No. Replying to the approval email is your only step, and your Implementation Specialist handles the rest with your inventory provider.
Can I change my inventory feed after it is turned on?
Yes, but not from your own screens. Tell your Implementation Specialist what you would like updated and they will make the change for you.
