What Is the vAuto Integration?
vAuto is a Cox Automotive tool many dealerships use to manage inventory pricing, appraisals, or both. Connecting it to DriveCentric lets that data sync automatically, so your vehicle details and appraisal values stay accurate without extra data entry.
Your part of this is one email reply. You approve the feed and tell your Implementation Specialist which pieces your store uses, and they handle the setup with vAuto from there.
Knowing Which Feeds Your Store Uses
A vAuto integration can cover one or both of these, depending on what your store uses:
Inventory feed keeps your vehicle details accurate in DriveCentric.
Appraisal feed keeps your appraisal values accurate in DriveCentric.
Approving the Feed for Your Dealership
Your Implementation Specialist will send you an email asking you to confirm that DriveCentric can receive an inventory feed, an appraisal feed, or both from vAuto for your dealership. To finish your part:
Reply directly to that email with your approval.
Let your Implementation Specialist know which of these feeds apply to your store.

What Happens After You Approve
Once your Implementation Specialist has your approval, they reach out to vAuto's support team to get your feed set up. vAuto sends back the connection details your store needs, and your Implementation Specialist enters those into DriveCentric to turn the feed on.
This part is handled entirely by your Implementation Specialist. You will not need to log into vAuto or DriveCentric to finish it.
Good to Know
