You can add an Interested Vehicle or a Trade In under the Open tab in the Customer Card!

Interested Vehicles

The Interested Vehicles section will display vehicles added to the deal either through a lead or manually by a user!

Up to three vehicles can be added to an open deal.

Open slots are displayed by a dotted line box with a plus sign in the middle as shown below:

  • By clicking the plus sign in the middle of the dotted line box, a display of options to either add a custom vehicle or select from inventory will appear.

  • Clicking the Add Inventory button will open the Inventory search dialogue box.

  • Clicking Add Custom will open a dialogue box allowing the user to manually enter the interest vehicle details.

  • Here is a screenshot of what you will see when you click the Add Custom button:

Trade Ins

The Trade Ins section displays all trade in vehicles that have been added to a deal! This can be done either through a lead or manually by a user.

Up to three trade-ins can be added to an open deal.

  • Clicking the plus sign in the middle of the box will display Add Custom and (depending on the store's appraisal provider) Pull Appraisal.

  • Clicking on the Add Custom option will open a dialogue box. This box will allow users to manually enter the trade-in information. This is what that will look like:

  • By clicking the Pull Appraisal option, another dialogue box will be opened. This box will display the most recent trade-in vehicles that have been added to the store's appraisal system.
