You can add a Co-Buyer to a customer deal card in two different places. Use whichever option fits your workflow best.
Option 1: Add a Co-Buyer from the Open Tab
Open the Customer Deal Card.
Navigate to the Open tab.
In the Buyers section, click the ➕ (plus icon).
Add the Co-Buyer to the deal.
Option 2: Add a Co-Buyer from the Credit App
Open the Customer Deal Card.
Click the Credit App button.
On the Credit App screen, click the Co-Buyer button in the bottom-left corner.
Enter the Co-Buyer’s information.
Both methods link the Co-Buyer directly to the same deal, so choose the option that’s most convenient for you.
