You can update the buyer or co-buyer on an open deal directly from the Open tab of the Customer Card.
Where to find the buyer information
On the Open tab, the Buyers section appears on the left side of the Customer Card:
Primary Buyer
Displayed in the left buyer box, shown by their initials
Co-Buyer (if applicable)
Displayed in the box on the right, also shown by their initials
Changing the primary buyer (with a co-buyer on the deal)
If a co-buyer is already attached:
Click the primary buyer’s initials
A dialog box opens showing the buyer’s name and contact details
Select Flip Buyer / Co-Buyer
This instantly swaps the primary buyer and co-buyer on the deal.
Removing a co-buyer from the deal
To remove a co-buyer:
Click the co-buyer’s initials in the right buyer box
When the dialog opens, select Remove Co-Buyer
The deal will remain open with only the primary buyer attached.
Adding a co-buyer to a deal
If no co-buyer is currently attached:
You’ll see a dotted box with a plus (+) in the Buyers section
Click the plus (+) to open the customer search window
Search for and select the customer you want to add as a co-buyer
On Mobile
You can add a co-buyer on mobile if they're a new customer.
Open the Customer Deal Card
Under "Overview" click Add Co-Buyer
Add the co-buyer information, click Next
Click Add Co-Buyer (bottom center), then Add (top right)
