Editing buyers and or co-buyers on an open deal can be done within the Open tab of the customer card.
The 'primary buyer' is displayed in the buyers field on the left with their initials. By clicking the buyer's initials, the dialogue box will open. This displays the buyer's name and contact information.
Here is a screenshot to display where that is on the Customer Card:
If there is a Cobuyer on the open deal, Flip Buyer/Co-Buyer will appear:
The CoBuyer (if applicable) is displayed in the Buyers field in the box on the right with their initials, follow the red arrow to see where that is in the screenshot below:
By clicking on the CoBuyer's initials, a dialogue box will open, allowing users to flip the Buyer/CoBuyer, or remove the CoBuyer from the deal:
If no CoBuyer is attached to the deal, the box will be a dotted line with a plus in the middle. Clicking this box opens the customer search window. See where this box is on the screenshot below:
