The Healthboard or Health Dashboard provides you with a way to easily assess the overall effectiveness of their team’s performance with trends of certain KPIs of CRM utilization.
Overview & Access
To access the Healthboard, click on the odometer icon on the top menu bar and select Health Dashboard from the drop down list:
The Healthboard displays metrics in six key areas:
Deliveries
Opportunities
Appointments
Pipeline Conversion
Message Responsiveness
Personalized Video
Header & Filters
The header displays the pre-set filters for store, timeframe and vehicle status and the filter reset button.
To change the filter click on the filter box for store, timeframe or vehicle status and select from the options in the drop down.
Store: By default the store selected will be the store you are logged into under your user account button. Only one store can be selected at a time and the user will see stores to which they have access.
Timeframe: Timeframe selection is available for 3 months, six months or 12 months. By default the last 3 months will be selected.
Vehicle Status: The Vehicle Status filter filters the data displayed based on the status (new or used or no vehicle) of the primary interested vehicle on the deal. By default Total will be selected.
Data Slates
Data slates on the healthboard display the store totals for the store selected. Hovering your mouse over a specific data point in a data slate will display detailed information for that data point.
Wherever an "i" icon is displayed hovering your cursor over the icon will display additional information for the data slate.
Trend arrows display up or down depending on whether the current average (based on the time frame selected in the healthboard filters) is higher or lower than the previous time frame of the same duration. If the Last 6 Months is the timeframe selected the trend arrows will show up or down if the results or higher or lower than the previous 6 months.
Deliveries
This slate displays the number of deals marked delivered during the selected date range, for the selected store, and for vehicles that fit the criteria of the vehicle status filter.
Opportunities
This slate displays the number of opportunities during the selected date range, for the selected store, and for vehicles that fit the criteria of the vehicle status filter.
Appointments
This slate displays the number of appointments scheduled during the selected date range, for the selected store, and for vehicles that fit the criteria of the vehicle status filter.
Pipeline Conversion
This slate displays the percentage of deals converted from one pipe stage to another during the selected date range, for the selected store, and for vehicles that fit the criteria of the vehicle status filter.
Message Responsiveness
This slate displays the following data points during the selected date range, for the selected store, and for vehicles that fit the criteria of the vehicle status filter, for either Business Hours (BH) or After Hours (AH), depending on what is selected in the dropdown.
Personalized Video
This slate displays the number of personalized videos sent to customers during the selected date range, for the selected store, and for vehicles that fit the criteria of the vehicle status filter.
