Service leads are found under the wrench icon on your notification bar (sidebar). Service leads may include your OnStar leads for GM dealers.
Closing your Service Leads
Step 1) Clicking the wrench icon will open your service lead notification drawer. Click on a notification to open the customer deal card.
Step 2) On the customer card navigate to the activity tab and scroll down until you see the service lead entry. Logging a phone call or sending an email will remove the service lead from the sidebar.
For Service Leads only, you can click the "Mark Complete" icon on the lead details in the activity log to remove these Service Leads from your sidebar.
Viewing All Service Leads
To view all service leads received click the wrench icon on your notification bar and select View All at the bottom.
Your service leads menu allows you to easily see which leads have been followed up with. For a lead to be followed up with a phone call, email, text or video must have been completed by a user.
