Viewing and Closing Service Leads

Learn how to view all service leads, including OnStar leads for GM dealers, and how to close them to remove from your sidebar.

Service leads—including GM OnStar leads—can be easily managed inside DriveCentric to keep your sidebar clean and your team focused. All service lead notifications are housed under the wrench icon in your sidebar. From here, you can view, engage with, or close out leads to keep your workflow up to date.

How to View Your Service Leads

  • Click the Wrench Icon

    • On your notification sidebar, select the wrench icon. This opens your Service Lead notification drawer, showing new and active service leads.

  • Select “View All”

    • At the bottom of the drawer, click “View All” to open a full list of all service leads received by your store. This gives you visibility into lead status across the team and highlights which ones still need follow-up.

How to Close a Service Lead

  • Open the Lead

    From the notification drawer, click any service lead to open the Customer Deal Card.

  • Navigate to the Activity Tab

    Go to the Activity tab. Scroll until you find the service lead entry.

  • Log Engagement, then Mark Complete

    • Reach out to the lead by logging a video, text, call, or email.

    • Then click the “Mark Complete” icon in the activity log to manually remove the lead from view.
