Reputation Management allows you to drive positive feedback to your Google Reviews page by surveying the customer’s experience and reporting back to you, all from inside DriveCentric. Funnel positive reviewers to Google, and reach out to negative reviewers so you can make it right.

Surveys can be sent to service customers, sold customers and unsold customers. The survey will ask the customer to rate their experience on a scale of 1 star to 5 stars. Customers who give a 5 star rating will receive a follow up request to review your store on Google.

Survey responses can be found on your notification bar under the star icon.

Resolving Surveys

Option 1) To resolve a survey hover over the survey response on the sidebar and click the word resolve.

Option 2) Click on the survey response and the survey dialogue box will open allowing you to enter notes and resolve the survey removing it from the notification bar.
