AIM Campaigns

AIM Campaigns make it easy to engage your customers with targeted, personalized marketing messages. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you create, launch, and monitor campaigns from the AIM dashboard.

Requirements

Your store must have Augmented Intelligence Marketing (AIM) enabled, and have Dashboard access through User Management.

Accessing the Campaigns Dashboard

  1. From the AIM Dashboard, click on the Campaigns tab located in the top left corner.

  2. You’ll see two key sections on the Campaigns Dashboard:

    1. Left Side: A menu listing all campaigns in draft and active status.

    1. Right Side:

      1. If you have an active campaign, you’ll see the results displayed here.

      2. If no campaign is currently active, you’ll see the option to start a new targeted campaign.

Starting a New Targeted Campaign

Initiate Your Campaign:

  • Click the plus (+) button at the top of the menu bar, OR

  • If there’s no active campaign, the Start Campaign screen will already be visible.

Choose a Campaign Idea:

  • Select one of AIM’s curated campaign ideas.

  • Click “More Campaign Ideas” to generate additional suggestions.

  • Alternatively, use the text box at the bottom of the screen to type in your own campaign instructions, then press Enter.

*Custom campaigns have an audience limit of 5,000 customers

Review Campaign Details:

  • AIM will analyze your campaign and display key parameters, including:

    • Target Audience Count: The number of customers included in your campaign.

    • Filters Used: The criteria AIM applied to identify your target audience.

    • Campaign Duration: The time frame for your campaign.

Make Adjustments (Optional):

  • If you want to refine your campaign, use the text box at the bottom to provide additional instructions.

  • AIM will update the campaign details on the right-hand side in real time.

Launch Your Campaign:

  • Once you’re satisfied with the campaign details, click Launch Campaign.

Monitoring Your Campaign

  • From the Campaigns screen, select the campaign you want to review from the menu on the left.

  • You’ll see

    • 1) Campaign Summary: Overview of the campaign details

    • 2) Progress Bar: Tracks the campaign’s progress

    • 3) Engagement Rate: Displays customer response metrics

    • 4) “i” shows how many customers were removed due to active automated outreach

    • 5) Active Outreach: View messages AIM is sending in real-time

    • 6) Menu - see chat creation history or stop the campaign

If there is an open deal, automated messages will not send more than once every 30 days.

If there is no open deal, automated messages will not send more than once every 3 days.
