With AIM Campaigns, you can target specific customer segments and create highly personalized campaigns directly from your DriveCentric CRM. Crafting the right prompt is key to ensuring your campaign gets the best results.
Writing an Effective Prompt
AIM Campaigns are only as good as the instructions you give them. When crafting your prompt, focus on three key things:
Who
Who should AIM target? Be specific about the audience.
Example: “Customers with leases ending in the next 3 months.”
Example: “Service customers who haven’t been in for over 6 months.”
What
What’s the goal of your campaign? Clearly state what you want AIM to accomplish.
Example: “Offer an upgrade option and schedule a test drive.”
Example: “Invite them to book a discounted service appointment.”
When
When should the campaign run? Provide a timeframe for how long AIM should engage these customers.
Example: “Run this campaign for 2 weeks.”
Example: “Engage the audience over the next 30 days.”
Refining Your Prompt
After you enter your prompt, AIM will analyze and provide an initial target audience, filters, and campaign duration on the right-hand side of your screen.
AIM might provide smart suggestions for your audience, message. Beyond that, you can refine the campaign further by incorporating your dealership’s voice, or adding any additional information such as specials/incentives that would compliment the campaign.
*Just remember not to get off topic. The campaign should have a clear goal and message.
Tips for Adding Your Dealership’s Voice
Be Consistent: Match the tone your customers already expect from your store.
Use Phrases or Language Unique to You: If your dealership uses specific language (e.g., “VIP Treatment” or “Trade-Up Event”), add that to your instructions.
Highlight Your Differentiators: Whether it’s a lifetime warranty, express service, or exclusive offers—make sure AIM includes what makes your dealership stand out.
When your audience, timeframe, and message sound just right, click Launch Campaign. AIM will do the rest—engaging your customers in personalized, natural conversations that drive results.
