The Genius Dashboard allows stores to see relevant, up-to-date information about their Genius' performance, as well as manage Genius-specific settings for their dealership.
All data excludes AIM Genius messages.
The Genius dashboard can be found by clicking the Dashboards icon on the top menu bar and then selecting Genius Dashboard.
Engagement
Engaged = the number of customers that Genius engaged in total
First Engaged = the percentage of customers that engaged Genius first, out of total customers
Re-Engaged = the percentage of customers that re-engaged during long term follow up, out of total customers
Genius can be configured to engage only during business hours, only after hours, or both. As a result, engagement levels will vary based on your store’s specific setup.
Interference
Fired < Engaged = the number of times Genius was fired before engagement
User Sent Message = the number of times a user sent a message before Genius could
Activity
Messages = the total number of emails and texts that Genius sent
Hours Saved = the number of hours it would have taken dealership personnel to perform the same Genius activity manually
Human Equivalent = the number of humans that it would have taken to perform the same Genius activity manually
Interactions
Appointments = the number of appointments that Genius created
Confirmations = the number of appointments that Genius confirmed
Handoffs = the number of times that Genius handed a conversation off to dealership personnel
For stores with Genius configured to hand off customers before scheduling an appointment, this number might appear lower.
Impact
Deliveries = the number of deals that resulted in deliveries in which Genius had engagement
Gross = the gross amount of the deals that resulted in deliveries in which Genius had engagement
Hourly Activity
The number of messages Genius has sent by early hours, by hour, and by after-hours
Daily Activity
The number of messages Genius has sent per day
Settings
You can access Genius Settings via the Genius Dashboard using the menu icon in the upper right corner.
Store Description = additional context about the store for Genius (i.e., 'Sells only used RVs', 'Was recently affected by a hurricane')
Store Specials = Genius will talk about store specials during the timeframe when appropriate.
