Genius Summary gives you a quick overview of all customer interactions—text messages, emails, call notes, and user-generated notes—directly from the Customer Contact Card. This helps you quickly understand the customer’s history and engage effectively.
Where to Find Genius Summary
Open the Customer Contact Card for the customer you want to review.
Navigate to the Genius Summary section.
How to Generate a Summary
Click the “Generate Summary” button.
The summary will compile and display the latest interactions.
Note: If there is no new communication since the last summary, the “Generate Summary” button will be disabled.
How It Works
The summary includes all interactions with the dealership—not just conversations with Genius.
Text messages, emails, call notes, and user-generated notes
The timestamp shows when the last summary was generated.
You can generate a new summary anytime there is new communication or notes.
