For stores utilizing the DriveCentric desking tool, when a proposal is produced for a customer they will automatically move into the proposal stage of the pipeline.*
For stores that do not utilize the DriveCentric desking tool or in cases where you may have verbally negotiated with the customer without producing a proposal, users with reporting access can manually move customers to the proposal stage.

*Customers will not jump from lead status to proposal status. Customers in lead status that have a proposal produced will remain in lead status.
