Mobile Dashboard

The DriveCentric Dashboard in the mobile app gives you a daily view of your performance metrics. Access is available to all users and the data shown is based on your Data Access level:

  • User-level: view your own activity and results

  • Team-level: view data for your assigned team

  • Store-level: view metrics across the entire store

How to Use the Date Picker

At the top center of the Dashboard screen, you’ll see a date display with arrows on each side.

  • Tap the left or right arrows to move between days

  • Tap the date itself to open the date picker and choose:

    • Today

    • This Week

    • This Month

    • This Year

    • Custom Range

The Dashboard always defaults to Today when opened.

Dashboard Metrics & Categories

The Dashboard displays daily and month-to-date (MTD) activity, grouped into the following categories:

Delivered

  • Today – Total vehicles delivered

  • New – New vehicles delivered

  • Used – Used vehicles delivered

  • MTD – Total month-to-date deliveries

  • MTD New – MTD new vehicle deliveries

  • MTD Used – MTD used vehicle deliveries

Sold

  • Today – Vehicles moved to sold status

  • New – New vehicles sold

  • Used – Used vehicles sold

Appointments

  • Today – Total appointments scheduled

  • Show – Appointments completed

  • No Show – Missed appointments

  • Confirmed – Confirmed appointments

  • Tomorrow – Next day’s appointment count

Opportunities

  • Today – Total new opportunities

  • Internet – Internet leads received

  • Showroom – Showroom visits logged

  • Phone – Phone leads received

  • Campaign – Campaign-generated leads

  • Total Visits – Deals moved to Visit stage

Activities

  • Phone – Calls made

  • Email – Emails sent

  • Text – Text messages sent

  • Video – Videos sent

  • Photo – Delivery photos sent

  • Proposals – Deal proposals sent

Each metric on the Dashboard is drillable — just tap on any number to view the list of deals that make up that metric.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can I see the Dashboard but only my data?

Your visibility is based on your Data Access level. If you have User-level access, you’ll only see metrics tied to your own activity.

How can I view team or store-level data?

Your manager or admin can change your Data Access level to Team or Store from the store settings.

Can I access the Dashboard on Apple Watch?

Yes. The mobile Dashboard is supported on Apple Watch for quick metric visibility.
