When looking at your reports you may see data for scheduled appointments and created appointments.

Scheduled appointments are appointments that are set to happen during the time frame you have selected on the report.

Created appointments are appointments that were put into DriveCentric during the time frame you have selected on the report regardless of when the appointment is scheduled to take place.
