Prerequisites:
Before you begin, ensure the following:
Email Blast Enabled: Your store must have the Email Blast feature enabled
Permissions Set: Your user account must have “Email Blast” permissions enabled via User Management or Permission Groups
Create a Marketing List: Use the Data Mining Tool to build your customer list (maximum of 50,000 recipients per blast)
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Create your Marketing List
Access the Mining Tool (magnifying glass icon in the Menu Bar).
Decide if you want to mine for Deals or Customer Records:
Deals: Includes opened, dead, or delivered deals assigned to you
Customers: Includes customer records associated with you
Service (for stores with Service Hub): Includes customers associated with the service department
Alternatively, use a pre-saved segment
Step 2: Add Filters to Refine Your List
After selecting “Mine Deals” or “Mine Customers,” add filters to narrow your results.
Common filters include:
Deal Date Created
Current Pipeline Stage
Deal Status (Open, Dead, Delivered)
Source Type (Internet, Phone, Showroom, Campaign)
Note: If your segment exceeds 50,000 records, you will need to apply additional filters to reduce the list size.
