The Customer Experience
Receiving the Link:
Customers will receive a straightforward text or email with a link to upload their documents. This link includes a notification that it expires in 24 hours for added security.
Upon clicking the link, customers will be directed to a secure site where they can upload and send documents back to you. They will receive a confirmation message once the documents are successfully sent.
Supported Files and Restrictions
The Portal supports a variety of file types including PDF, DOCX, JPG, and more, with a maximum file size of 100MB.
Each session allows up to 25 files to be uploaded. Files uploaded to the Portal do not have an expiration date.
Merging Customer Portals
If customer records are merged in DriveCentric, their Portals will also combine, organizing files from the most recent to the oldest.
This streamlined feature is designed to enhance the efficiency of document exchanges between you and your customers, ensuring a smoother transaction process.
