Service Pipeline

The Service Pipeline will have data from the DMS and OEM. Service data updates overnight from the DMS.

Pipeline Stages

Service Leads

The first stage on the Service Pipeline is the Service Leads stage. Customers in the Service Leads stage have a Service Lead that has not been Marked Complete.

Appointments

Customers in the Appointments stage have a future Service Appointment. The only Service Appointments that will show in this stage are appointments added into the DMS.

Open RO

Customers in the Open RO stage have a RO that has been opened in the DMS. Open ROs will not be removed until the RO is closed in the DMS or deleted in the DMS.

Closed RO

Customers in the Closed RO stage have a closed RO in the DMS. This stage has a Current Month filter similar to the Delivered Stage of the Sales Pipeline, resetting the stage at the first of each month.

Pipeline Filters

Clicking the Add Filter button in the header of the Service Pipeline allows you to filter the pipeline by store, users, teams, date, source, new/used, year, make, model, and tags.

After selecting a filter category a submenu will appear providing a search box and a list of available options that can be selected. Click the box next to the filter to apply and click save. Click clear to clear the selection.
