Store Segments help you organize multiple stores into manageable groups. This is especially helpful for users who work across several rooftops.
You must have access to Store Settings to create or edit Store Segments.
Locating Store Segments
Navigate to Store Settings and select Store Segments from the lefthand column.
Create a Store Segment
Click + New Segment - In the upper right corner, click the + New Segment button.
Name your segment - Enter a name for your new store segment. Choose something clear and recognizable to your team.
Add stores to the segment - Use the Add Stores dropdown to select which stores belong in this segment.
đĄNote: Stores that are already assigned to another segment will be grayed out and unavailable.
Click Create - Once youâve selected your stores, click Create to finish.
Managing Your Store Segments
On the left panel, youâll see all existing segments and a section labeled Individual Stores at the bottom.
Click âIndividual Storesâ to view any stores that arenât currently assigned to a segment.
Click on any segment name to see the list of stores in that group.
To remove a store, hover over the store name and click the trashcan icon.
To edit a segment, click the menu icon (âŽ) in the upper right of that segmentâs view. You can rename the segment or add/remove stores.
Segments are visible at the group level, so all users with the right permissions can manage and view them.
