What are Private Offers?

Private Offers are special OEM incentives available to specific customers based on their vehicle.

With DriveCentric’s automotiveMastermind integration, you can see these offers right inside the Customer Card — no need to log into another system.

How to Check for a Private Offer

Open the Customer Card

Search for and open the customer you want to check.

Matching Criteria

  • The system will first match using Trade Vehicle 1 VIN and Customer Last Name.

  • If no trade exists, the match will use the Garage Vehicle VIN (most recent).

Look for the Private Offer Button

You’ll see a Private Offer button under the Add section (above Actions).

  • If a Private Offer is available for this customer, a green glow will appear on the Private Offer button

View Offer Details

Click the Private Offer button to open the details modal.

You’ll see:

  • Start & End Dates – When the offer is valid.

  • Bulletin Name – OEM bulletin reference.

  • Redemption Code – The code used to redeem the offer.

  • Primary Incentive Amount – Main offer amount.

  • Alternative Incentive Amount – Optional incentive amount.

  • Included Vehicles – Full year, make, model, and trim.

  • Excluded Vehicles – Year, make, model (no trim).

In the Desking Tool

Private Offers are now also available directly in Desking.

When a Private Offer is available for the customer:

  • The Private Offer button appears under “Rebates” on the left column.

  • Click the button to open the same modal seen on the Customer Card.

  • Select Add Offer at the bottom of the modal to apply it.

  • Hover over the redemption code to quick-copy it — you’ll need to paste this code into the automotiveMastermind platform to redeem the offer.
