Customer Tags let you easily label and organize your customers with identifiers like “VIP,” “Lease Renewal,” or “Truck Buyer.”
Tags help your team group, filter, and take action faster—keeping your follow-up consistent and your CRM organized.
Adding Tags
Manually:
Open the Customer Contact Card and add or remove tags as needed.
Use existing tags or create new ones to fit your store’s process.
To remove a tag from a customer, go to the Customer Contact card, hover over the tag, and click the "x"
In Bulk:
From Mining, select multiple customers and apply tags to all at once.
Viewing Tags

You can see all assigned tags directly on a customer’s Contact Card for quick visibility.
You can remove tags on a customer by hovering over the tag and clicking "x"
Tags can only be removed on those customers to which you have access
Activity Tab -> Past -> Logs
Adding and removing a Customer Tag will create a log
Searching by Tags
You can filter or mine customers by tag in two ways:
Use Mining to find groups of tagged customers
Filter your Pipeline view to focus on specific customer segments
