Have a customer who knows exactly what they want — but the car’s not on the lot?

Wish List lets you save what they’re looking for and automatically notifies you when matching inventory becomes available.

What is Wish List?

Wish List is built into DriveCentric’s CRM. It helps you:

  • Save up to 3 vehicles a customer is looking for

  • Track live inventory matches in real-time

  • Get daily notifications when a match hits the lot

  • Add matched vehicles to an open deal or start a new one with one click

Where to Find It

You can access Wish List:

  • On the Customer Contact Card (CCC)

  • In the Conversations tab

Don't see the Wish List section? Customize your Customer Contact Card to add the Wish List section.

How to Add a Vehicle to the Wish List

  • Click the “Add” button inside the Wish List box

  • Fill in at least three fields — the more details, the better the match

    • Required: Make and Model

    • Optional: Year Range, Trim, Colors, Price, Mileage, New/Used

  • Click Save

The vehicle will now show with a real-time match count (green pill).

How You’ll Be Notified

You’ll get notified once a day per vehicle if matching inventory is available.

Notifications appear:

  • In your CRM feed

  • As a mobile push (if you have the DriveCentric app)

Clicking the notification will take you straight to the match.

What Happens When a Match is Found?

If there’s an open deal:

  • You’ll see a pop-up showing all matching vehicles

  • Pick one to add it as the Interested Vehicle in the deal

  • The Wish List item will be marked complete

If there’s no open deal:

  • You’ll be prompted to start a new one with the matched vehicle pre-filled

Edit or Remove a Wish List Item

  • Click on a Wish List vehicle that has no possible matches to edit the options

    • If there are possible matches, you will need to first dismiss them and then make edits
